How Enlargement Exercises Work
The nature of the human body is in such a way that it is flexible and is able to easily adapt to the changing environment. Stretching the penis using your hand gives you the similar effects as using a conventional penis weight system. Points to remember
Jelq technique should ideally be done in a semi-erect state. Desire effects cannot be achieved till there is a partial erection. If it is not possible to achieve a partial erection then you need to stroke and obtain a full erection and let it drop to some extent.

When compared to other penis enlargement exercises, jelq technique needs application of more pressure and tighter technique. Variation in exercise
Other than the jelq technique mentioned previously, another exercise can be performed using the same jelq technique. For this exercise you need to use both your hands.
1.You have to massage your penis till it is 60-0% erect.
2.Using one hand make an ‘OK’ sign with the thumb and index finger and hold if tightly around the penis head. Apply light stretch.
3.Use the other hand, milk the penis towards the penis head starting from the base of the penis. You may need 2-3 seconds to get to the glands.
4.As both the hands reach the glands, release the hold and return one hand to the base of the penis.
5.Repeat steps 3 and 4.
6.The exercise should be done for 5 minutes.
THE V STRETCH TECHNIQUE
V Stretch is a technique of stretching meant to apply better force on the tunica and ligaments by stretching the penis from its point of connection out along a single axis. 1.Use one hand and form an overhand OK hold and grip the head of the penis.
2.Lengthen your penis slowly to form a full stretch and hold it for 5 seconds.
3.Use the thumb of the other hand, force down in the center of the penis and hold for 20 seconds.
4.Carefully release the hand.
5.Repeat step 3 and force down close to the base of the penis.
6.Carefully release the hand.
7.Repeat the above steps 10 times
