THE JELQ TECHNIQUE

The jelq technique exercises detailed here is a variation of the Arabic jelq technique. The Arabic jelq technique is more than a century old and is considered to be one of the most powerful penis enlargement methods know to mankind.

Variation in Exercise

Other than the jelq technique mentioned previously, another exercise can be performed using the same jelq technique. For this exercise you need to use both your hands.

1. You have to massage your penis till it is 60-0% erect.
2. Using one hand make an ‘OK’ sign with the thumb and index finger and hold if tightly around the penis head. Apply light stretch.
3. Use the other hand, milk the penis towards the penis head starting from the base of the penis. You may need 2-3 seconds to get to the glands.
4. As both the hands reach the glands, release the hold and return one hand to the base of the penis.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. The exercise should be done for 5 minutes.
